Richard Nichols

From Agriculture to the Financial Services Industry in the 1990's. Formerly a member of the Cato Institute (U.S.) selected to the "think tank" on the Privatisation of Social Security working closely with the UK's Pensions Review Committee. Established SFL Limited to develop leading edge web based solutions for the creation and active online management of secure individual retirement accounts, later adopted by The Prudential. A member of VS4E developing web based solutions for the Education Sector.

 

Jon Reynolds

A graduate of the Jazz and Rock Academy of Music. One of the first to exploit the full potential of Design through Leading Eedge Web Technologies, Music and Graphics in order to enhance "marketing impact". As Co-founder of CX21 Jon established a reputation for his creative designs and quality of production. 1999 Jon joined SFL as head of design giving him the opportunity to diversify and experiment with new software, design techniques and applications. His award winning "Cre8ive Designs" have impacted on many industry sectors.

OUR BACKGROUND

8th Day Studios Limited was founded by Richard Nichols and Jon Reynolds in 2001. Over the years our reputation as both a Design Studio and a leading edge Internet Technology Company has blossomed. Our skill at managing design in any media guarantees that all our clients achieve their vision.

Our work with VS4E, DfES, SST lead to the launch of our fully managed web environment "Virtual Schools" in 2002. Developed specifically for the Education Sector we empower Schools to run their own websites including the use of "Virtual Rucksacks" and "School Commerce".

Our "Cre8ive design" clients include Technology Companies, Educational Institutions, Legal and Accountancy businesses, Entertainment and Media Groups, Rock Bands, Sports Clubs and many others, both UK and Overseas. 2004 saw a number of valuable new additions to our design team allowing us to continue to guarantee the standard and consistency of all our work.
